Research commissioned by Liverpool City Council and led by the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University. From September 2005 to April 2006 I contributed to the project's longitudinal cultural impact assessment with a focus on media content analysis covering the periods 1996, 2003, 2005. Amount awarded: £20,000.

At the end of April 2006, I was appointed Director of the research programme, renamed as Impacts 08 - The Liverpool Model.
